COMMISSIONING MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Vertical lifts
In almost every modern construction project, vertical lifts are essential for transporting staff, materials, and equipment between different levels of a facility.
Commissioning management is involved throughout the design, installation, and testing phases of vertical lift systems to ensure they are fully operational, safe, and compliant with relevant building codes and safety standards – and properly integrated with other aspects of a building’s infrastructure. Typically our commissioning managers also ensure that any adjustments or maintenance issues are addressed promptly post-installation.
Vertical lift systems come in various types, each designed for different scenarios: traction lifts which offer fast, smooth rides and can handle heavier loads, making them ideal for high-traffic buildings; mobile platforms or ‘scissor lifts’ that provide temporary vertical access to workers and materials on construction sites; hydraulic lifts, often used for shorter vertical movements in industrial situations where precise control and heavy lifting capabilities are required; disabled access lifts; and escalators.
Core Group’s teams have extensive experience across all types of vertical lift systems.
