Core Centrum
Centrum is our proprietary, fully-integrated online planning, tracking, reporting and recording system.
Central to our operations, Centrum clearly defines the commissioning process, tracks progress, and securely stores records and documentation.
As a key part of our commitment to excellence, Core Centrum is included within our service at no additional costs to the project, from pre-construction through to practical completion.
Whilst advanced and technically complex under the bonnet, Centrum is intuitive and easy to use. This increases the efficiency of the commissioning management team, allowing them to spend more time supporting the commissioning process on site, and less time at their desks.
A systematic approach
With Core Centrum, the whole process of testing and commissioning is managed logically and efficiently through six stages.
This systematic approach ensures demonstrable compliance with all relevant building regulations, along with environmental and sustainability standards. Crucially, Centrum improves the coordination between trades, provides live reporting on progress, and helps avoid potential project delays.
Within each stage of a project we plan for every system and every piece of primary equipment, from design through to the final stages of integrated commissioning.
And because most construction projects are dynamic, with the Centrum platform our stages are flexible, allowing our team respond to changes in specification without causing unnecessary delays.

The Centrum Report
With its straightforward user interface, Centrum allows our team to generate highly-detailed reports which provide a high level appraisal of progress, as well as precise information on where, if any, additional project focus is required.

Detailed Dashboard
One of four screens which present high-level views of the project, this page identifies how each stage is progressing, the performance of trade targets, and where additional focus may be required to mitigate delays and support successful completion.
Task Schedule
The driver of the Centrum platform, this section schedules all individual equipment, systems and services, including Integrated Systems Testing and handover requirements, and tracks progress through every stage of the commissioning process.
The Task Schedule effectively tells the project team where to focus efforts to address issues and deficiencies, whilst also reporting on general progress and certifying completion.
‘Look Ahead’
Complex project programmes can often be hard to decipher, resulting in trades ‘doing their own thing’ instead of working collectively to achieve goals, which can cause delays down the line. The Centrum ‘Look Ahead’ feature avoids this situation by filtering project plans to provide information on which stages are due for close out over the coming weeks, helping project teams to focus on delivery.
Tables like the example above are produced automatically within Centrum, and they identify trends in overall progress which could be missed if using an S-curve alone. This example shows that whilst overall progress is behind target, recent progress identifies that the recorded deficiency is being addressed.
Core Centrum Web
Reporting to a secure online service, Centrum Web incorporates a repository for record documentation, the storage of operating and maintenance manuals, energy performance reporting, and much more.
Centrum Web can be deployed to any project, and with secure, tiered, 24/7 access, this user-friendly portal presents the perfect complement to the Centrum Report.
